About Me
Hi, I’m Jessica.
And if you’re here, I’m guessing something in your life doesn’t quite feel right.
Maybe your heart’s been heavy.
Maybe you’re second-guessing yourself a lot lately.
Or maybe… you already know you’re in something toxic
—but you’re not ready to say it out loud yet.
I know how that feels.
Because not too long ago, I was there too.
A Little Bit of My Story...
I’m from Auckland, New Zealand, living in US for past 15+ years…
– During work I fell in love, and we got married.
I spent over 10 years in a relationship that, on the outside, looked fine.
No screaming. No bruises. Nothing dramatic.
But slowly, I lost myself.
The manipulation was subtle. The gaslighting was constant.
The emotional highs and lows felt like love—until they didn’t.
I stopped recognizing the woman in the mirror.
I wasn’t broken. But I was buried.
Under guilt, under confusion, under the weight of trying to
“fix” things that weren’t mine to fix.
Why I Created Toxic 101...
When I finally left, I searched for something—anything
—that could help me make sense of it all.
Most of what I found was either too clinical… or too fluffy.
So I made what I wish I had:
A clear, no-nonsense guide that gently walks you through the fog,
and shows you how to start healing—with both facts and compassion.
Toxic 101 isn’t just a book. It’s a reflection of everything I learned the hard way.
It’s for every woman who needs a mirror, a hand, and a plan.
What I Do Now...
I live in the U.S. and work remotely as a freelance content writer and digital creative.
I spend my mornings writing, my afternoons walking my dog (her name’s Luna), and my evenings helping other women realize they’re not crazy…
and they’re definitely not alone.
Selling this guide isn’t about money.
It’s about meaning.
It’s about turning pain into something useful
—something healing—for someone else.
If that someone is you… welcome.
I’m glad you’re here.
And I hope this guide helps you come back home to yourself.
With love,
Jessica
